August 9th, 2018
Since April 2018, old SSL certificates are marked as unsafe by Google Chrome. In order to counteract possible disadvantages for you or your customers, we highly recommend to reissue the relevant SSL certificates in time. The final closing date for reissues of affected SSL certificates (issued before December 1, 2017), is September 13, 2018 – the release date of the latest Chrome Beta Version v70.
Important: Carry out necessary reissues
An updated list of SSL certificates that need to be reissued is available under the menu item "Symantec Reissues" in the SSL Manager.
We kindly ask you to carry out the necessary reissues for affected SSL certificates in your portfolio so that Google Chrome will be able to mark them as safe from September 13, 2018 on.
Please note: All SSL certificates in this list need to be reissued. The certificates marked with phase P4_D1 have been added lately. As the list is provided by Symantec there is no guarantee of completeness.
