At KEK Technology Inc. / KEK Technology Company, customer service is our first priority and we truly appreciate your business and continuous support. While striving to improve our service we would like to inform you that we have been experiencing technical challenges with your Linux Web Server.
In light of this, we recognized the need for newer, faster and better machine. Therefore we will commence the configuration coupled with testing this weekend while migration of clients' files, mails, other related materials along with implementation of new IP addresses will start May 4th, 2014.
We plan to have both current as well as newly configured server up and running simultaneous for two weeks to accommodate clients' need of accessing and/or downloading files from the old server.
NOTE: The impacted server (Current) will be permanently deactivated from our Network on May 16th, 2014.
While we do not anticipate encountering challenges during the migration process, we strongly recommend you verify and monitor the performance of your Websites, Database and E-mail Accounts and contact us immediately should you experience difficulties.
