At KEK Technology Inc. / KEK Technology Company, customer service is our first priority; we truly appreciate your business and continuous support. It is also part of our identity to continue improving on processes and deliverables. As a result, we are using this opportunity to inform you that we are currently in the process of migrating your hosting account(s) to newer Microsoft based Windows web server this week. In addition to your web files, databases and Email accounts will also be migrated to the new equipment.
We plan to have both the current as well as newly configured Windows web server up and running simultaneous for 10 days to accommodate clients' need of accessing and/or downloading files from the old servers; ON TUESDAY September 21ST, 2017, THE OLD SERVER WILL BE SHUTDOWN PERMANENTLY AND DELETED FROM OUR NETWORK.
Though we do not foresee encountering any challenges during on- going migration, however we suggest you take a close look at your account on the new server once completed and contact us immediately should you have difficulties accessing or exploring your site(s).
INFORMATION ABOUT THE NEW SERVER WILL BE FORWARDED TO YOU ONCE THE MIGRATION HAS BEEN FULLY IMPLEMENTED.
Note: Your current login information can still be used to access the Admin control panel (Plesk) on the new server.
