How to delete tables in a database with phpMyAdmin

This tutorial assumes you've already logged in to phpMyAdmin. Now let's learn how to delete a table from a database.

1) Select the table you wish to delete here.

2) You can delete individual fields from this table by selecting them as indicated below, then click the delete icon.

However, in this tutorial we're going to demonstrate how to delete the entire table and everything in it.

3) Click the Drop button, then click OK to confirm.

4) The addresses table has been deleted (or dropped) from the database and no longer listed in the database's list of tables.

5) Log out of the server once you are finished.
