How to Create Email Accounts on the Server

Step 1. Login to your Server via the Browser Interface using your

user id and password. This will take you to the Site Management for

your Domain Name.

 

Step 2.  To create new Email Account (user), click on

Create Mail Account or Add User button which will take you to the Add New

User or Create Mail Account Window.

 

Step 3. Insert your email account name into the Mail Account field.

 

Step 4. (Password Field) type a new password in the field and reconfirm

in the next box also.

 

Note: Ignore the Button label length field. Also unchecked the

"Allowx Multiple Sessions" Box.

 

Step 5. Leave the mail quota field blank

 

Step 6: Click on  NEXT

 

Step 7:  Anti Virus Preferences Windows, leave the default settings and click on finish.

 

8) This completes the first process, you can either close the Browser or type in your web-based Email link to go to the next step.

 

We encourage each email account user (owner) to complete the next steps for privacy issue.

 

To Access  your Web-Based Email Link: go to  for example  webmail.yourdomain.com

 

Step 1: Type in your username without (@yourdomain.com), followed by

the password.
