Closing Your Hosting Account / Server

Please note that KEKhost does not keep copies of client data. The hard drive of your dedicated Server will be kept for up to seven days after the closure of your server, at which point it will be formatted. However for a shared or Reseller Hosting, we house the account for at least 3 months before deleting it from our servers.

 

To avoid being charged for another month, server closures should be submitted more than 48 hours prior to the end of the billing period.

 

Please follow this procedure to close your server if you no longer require our services.

 

1) Shared Hosting / Reseller / Server closures are considered billing tickets. Start by logging into your Support Center Hub at: https://kekhosting.com/osticket/index.php

 

 

 

2) Once in, click on OPEN NEW TICKET tab to generate a ticket for the closing of your subscription.

 

Note: To process your request as quickly as possible, please include the server ID (for example, CL-T001-123N or NE-T001-123L) or Account Name (for Shared / Reseller Hosting) and the reasons for which you wish to close the server/account.

 

Our Billing Specialists (BS) will review your request and contact you by email in order to confirm the closure of your server/account. Please make sure to reply to the email, or our BS will not be able to proceed with the closure.
